Er. Rajeev Kumar Sharma is a dignified citizen leader, an educator and social reformist whose life is characterized by adherence to organizing and structuring leadership, good governance and uplifting the society. His experience in the field of engineering and his active participation in the political, educational and social life have always led to the establishment of stronger institutions and empowerment of society on various levels.

Er. Rajeev Kumar Sharma graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Agra University and went on to graduate in A.M.I.E. (Mechanical) from the Institution of Engineers (India). His professional training gave him analytical and systematizing thinking and tactical implementation of plans – all of which characterize his administration and organization leadership in the present day.
His engineering experience gives him the opportunity to take governance and institutional development in a structured, precise and sustainable manner. He has stressed systems that will result in the production of sustainable value to communities as opposed to short terms profits.
As the President of the Metropolitan President (Mahanagar Adhyaksh), BJP Aligarh, he has played a key role in bringing the party closer and enhancing the process of reaching the people. His leadership is founded on coordination by teams, discipline and grassroot organization.

He was born in a decent, education-loving family; thus, his values are founded on discipline and service. He was a son of Shri Babulal Sharma (M.A., LL.B.), who retired to FCI. Smt. Vansh Lata Sharma (M.A. Hindi) was his mother and she was the Principal and dedicated her life to education.
Dr. Neelam Sharma (M.Sc., M.Ed., Ph.D.) is his wife, who has been Principal at the S.J.D. Memorial Public School. His brother, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma (M.B.B.S., M.D.), is the Chief Medical Officer and his sister-in-law is an academic professional, Dr. Nishi Sharma (M.Sc., Ph.D., Biotechnology, Gold Medalist).
Er. Rajeev Kumar Sharma is an individual who believes in systematic administration, education policy through learning, health enhancement and instilling leadership amongst the youth.
